Our signature dish, the 7 Sea Salts Ramen, is a testament to this commitment. We begin with a rich, 14-hour slow-cooked chicken bone broth, infused with aromatic herbs and fresh vegetables, creating a deeply nourishing base. To this, we add a meticulously curated blend of sea salts, sourced from seven distinct oceanic regions, each contributing its unique mineral complexity and depth.
